Customise a real estate child theme, provisionally wpresidence, but i have looked at several others including Avlar, but it has less in-built functionality. Theme is currently setup for residential and commercial properties to be used by Sellers, Agents and Admin. The customisation needs to alter it to specific commercial businesses in one continent and include Buyers as a user with more functionality on offer. Confirm Roles and Capabilities of Buyers and Sellers and Admin and Agents. Seller & Buyer profile fields editable on front-end. Seller & Buyer profile fields duplicate into Mailchimp database as well as the admin user db. Seller submit properties for admin approval and editable in "Your Properties". Seller can request "anonymized listing" so admin know not to publish identifying information about the property. Buyer can select favourite properties and edit them in "Your Favourites". Buyer can request more details on any properties which then lists the property in "Your Favourites" and sends email/alert to admin. All Agent details hidden front-end (may be used in the future) in effect all properties are inputted by singe Agent, Admin.
