Custom Wordpress Website

This might be a piece of work better done by a team, so we are opening this job for multiple freelancers to build a team. We are a daily publishing media project and we have outgrown our current blog. The work will be in several steps: 1. integrate eventON plugin, woocommerce and buddypress (?) 2. integrate existing plugins for podcasts, youtube videos, yoast SEO, etc. 3. optimise new site for speed 4. SEO optimise functional requirments: 1. user (any) can save articles to read them later 2. we can display products related to articles we publish (so if a post tagged "home" we can display products tagged with "home" inside the post, at the bottom of it, also very interested in doing it with products from affiliate site, where we don't host the product on our site but have a picture and a link. Our posts are loaded automatically so user just scrolls to read more and more, hence these product blocks need to integrate into the scrolling experience without interrupting it We are running off-line events and need: (eventON plugin?) 3. a dynamic map that displays cities (across the world) that currently hasting events (in a set period of time) 4. have a page for each town with upcoming and past events, opportunity for users to rsvp/buy tickets and for us to 5. provide materials for download (stuff that was used during events) with password (for those who attended); 6. display images and videos from past events beautifully // sell e-guides (our own) and display them so that they are related to topics of events If it is easier to write a theme from scratch then on top of the above requirements we need a full flexibility in post layouts. (e.g. an integration with [login to view URL] can be tested or another solution that would allow us to create a divers range of layouts for individual posts) Please put "I am good at eventON and membership plugin".
