Custom Joomla/Breezing Forms Programming

Customer will log in and submit a form through breezing forms. The form will allow them to choose an address they want the form request to ship items to (it is NOT a shopping cart.) They will have the ability to add addresses that will be saved in the database for future use. This will prevent them from having to fill out their shipping location information every time they fill out the form. Each user has multiple addresses associated with their account.
