Create small barcodes for jewellery in pdf format

I want a PHP script that will create a pdf document with a barcode and some info.
We have already such a script using tcpdf library (the script will be given to the freelancer).
We would like to upgrade the script in such way to write the barcode in a small jewellery tag and the barcode will be readable from scanners.
Now we can write the barcode but it is not readable. The barcode will have only an ID (noumeric only) for info so we don't have any problem if we use EAN8 or CODE128 barcode format.
The PDF must have dimension 11mm height and 72mm width (we will give a barcode example in PDF Format). The jewelery tag we use have the printable area in 11mm height and 36mm width for both barcode and info. The barcode must feet to 11mm height and 12mm width because the tag folds in two (one side has the barcode and the other side holds the price info).
The barcode must be readable from scanners. The test if the barcode is readable can be done with any scanner or with mobile applications such "Barcode Scanner" for android. The max barcode will be with 6 digits so the test must be with a random number of six digits.
We will provide you an example of PHP code using tcpdf library which produce a non readable barcode in the desired dimensions, the PDF file the script creates and a photo of the jeweler tag we use to print. The project will be accomplished when you send as a pdf file (generated form the script) that will be readable (and in the desired dimensions). After the final check from us the freelancer will send the PHP script itself.

Since i am working in an e-commerce company so i know the cruciality of the barcode would do that and the knowledge in that area
modify hpadding value, the problem with your script is the left and right padding between your barcode and border is too close, the scanner confuse and cannot distinguish between the actuall barcode and your border.
