Create a simple listings page for Wordpress site

Hi; I would need a simple listings page for my wordpress website based on this one: [login to view URL] There is even a html code provided here: [login to view URL] under "Store template". I also uploaded two files, I need only circled part , not header or footer. Important: The width of the web site is 957 pixels so the page has to be build to fit that frame. The provided template has 970 pix width, so please resize it. Please provide some sample images so it's easy for me to quickly change it with new images, also please provide sample text so I can easily change it as well. What I want to do is create a new Wordpress page and then just paste your provided html to the newly created page.
