Create bot for telegram

Dear Freelancer, PLEASE DO NOT: copy paste your normal marketing information on the bidding say you are ready to work. My instruction is clear enough, so please read everything carefully below and ask only related question. I notice alot of people on freelancer doesn't read and we as the employer have to repeat everything again. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Im looking to create a telegram bot. Here's the telegram bot api [login to view URL] Basically what i need is: 1) Telegram bot to extract the information and broadcast to the group 2) We can assign how the bot will broadcast the information. Eg. the bot will broadcast the information from RSS website A whenever the sites update their information. And if during a certain time if there's no information available from website A, the Bot will then take from DUMMY Site or information to broadcast the information out(this information will be set at our end). How long delay time from website A before posting Dummy Site information will be set by me. You will need to show me sample of bots you have done before. I only work with who have good rating and also experience with telegram bot. If you have no experience but have good rating, do show me a simple sample first. IMPORTANT: I wont be explaining how telegram bot works, if you ask me how it works during half way of the discussion i will ignore you immediately. Thank you and good luck
