Create a WordPress Template

Add page(s) to my current website. We will be hiring employees and need a page where people can find information about the job opportunity, apply online, etc. Page "Apply Online" where they can fill out a job application (opens in new window) and shows the steps to the hiring process. Page "Getting Started" that will have about 4 sub pages for the steps to getting started such as "cost" "equipment requirements" "certification requirements" "Servicing requirements" "Getting Paid". We would like to be able to have a short promo video uploaded to the site - we don't have the video yet but need the capability to upload it once you are done with the site. People need to be able to upload their resume when applying online. We are looking for something VERY simple. Not looking for expensive at all. Must be completed in 3 days. Flat rate. We will only consider the lowest offers. Our site is through Godaddy and is already up and running. These pages should be hidden and not be able to be viewed unless someone is provided with the exact web address because this division of our company is different than the service we normally provide. We need the ability to be able to change and update and edit the forms so we need access to this so that we don't have to hire someone every time we need a change. This is a micro project.
