Create a Petition website with email fucntionality -- 3

***READ THEN BID *** I need to build a website similar to [login to view URL] where people will be able to file petitions and other people can sign them. It will have categories for e.g.:- technology, nature etc and will have subdomain accordingly. We will also need a database of authorities all over the world for various things to whom we can direct these petitions. DETAILS:- I want a system where anyone can go and sign up and make a petition and our system should give it option to share on all social media and create a sub-domain then now coming to the petition application .... everyone will select a category and subcategory and then type everything in petition and attach pics/videos related to that and than based on the categories/subcategories our system will give them suggestions for concerned authorities in our database we ned a sub-domain for categories so that if someone wants to look at all the petitions in a specific category they can directly go to the subdomain What will show up on the actual petition ? basically we will show number of signatures.... demographics of people who signed it and also the authorities it is directed to as well as option to share via social networks Everyone will also get an option to direct it to other authority while signing it Write "Petition Application" in your bid and in your description mention how do u intend to complete this and you approach. I don't need to know your current work I need to know how will u do this.
