Create Instagram stream on wordpress website

Hi freelancers, I need someone to do an instagram stream on a wordpress website, the stream needs to show images from a chosen hashtag, also comments, likes, follow button... I have an example how to look the stream, we already have written a code and have a stream currently on the website, but we need some to modify the code and integrate the comments and likes to show on images...
