1. Build a website for cottage/cabin rental in Canada using some existing solution (Wordpress or Joomla).
2. Users, who own a cottage, can submit their listing for rent or sale.
3. Users, who want to rent a cottage, can search for the cottage in the directory on the website.
4. Users can book a cottage via website using PayPal. Cottage owners can list their PayPal account submitting a listing and the payment will go to that account. Cottage owners can generate and send invoices to the clients. This is optional (nice to have).
5. Users can book a cottage via website - just contacting the owner. The owner would get a message and mark that the cottage is booked for the certain dates.
6. Membership packages for the cottage owners (for rent and for sale): add, update, delete. Accept payment via PayPal.
7. The website (either Joomla or WP) would have the following features [login to view URL]

8. Admin can add own icons and fields for the facilities, description etc. Like this [login to view URL]
9. Add Claim Listing plugin, like this [login to view URL]
10. Grab the information on cottages from the existing website and import all the info to the new website according to the location (province, city....).
11. Customize the standard theme with some unique elements.
12. Add an Adsense block on the front page and on the cottage detail page.
