Connect site to XMLsoccer and create result algorithm

We need to connect a football site with [login to view URL] data feed. Further I need an algorithm to predict the winning percentage of the result of the game. It's a plus if you have experience in previous projects with soccer/betting or in general know about soccer. Elements generated from XMLsoccer: See the three screenshots “[login to view URL]”, “[login to view URL]” and “[login to view URL]”. The colored elements not blurred out, are the ones we need to created from the XML feed. The list of the possible XML data calls can be seen here. [login to view URL] - It needs an API key to, which I will hand over at the beginning of the project. The idea is to build the structure from these files, so it’s not necessary to build it from scratch. [login to view URL] Algorithm for predicting the result: The site will be build on an algorithm that predicts the result of the games. As seen on the screenshots, the outcome will come in a percentage. So there can be ex. a 75% chance that the home team wins the game. This must be build on as many variables as possible, to make the outcome most reliable. 
 Examples on what stats the algorithm can be built on: · Teams Number in table · Stats on home/away matches · Head to head games · Recent form - Last 5 matches When the match has been played, the prediction result from the algorithm needs to be stored on game url and set the result to be a win or a loose. See this on the “[login to view URL]” - The 8 latest prediction results are shown in the sidebar. General: The site is build on a Wordpress, but this does not necessary needs to be a part of the Wordpress part. Don’t worry to much about styling and HTML with CSS, we will implement it our self with the site. But it MUST be relatively easy to add new css and HTML around the php code. You can get access to the server and work from there, or on you own local server if you want. Login for XMLsoccer and API key will be provided after the project has been handed over.
