ChatterBox is a Twilio and Slack plugin that gives brands even more capabilities to connect with customers on a website in real time. The customer will visit the website and send a text message to the website using a Twilio Number. The company will then respond to the message by using ChatterBox, directly from within Slack. Multiple agent can join the chat and it's a simple integration process.
It needs to be simple to setup. A company will install the ChatterBox plugin to Slack, sign up for an account, link there Twilio account and phone number. Once set up, within ChatterBox you can create support agents through Slack who can join, view and reply to messages.
