Build a program/tool that will inform about the appearance /sharp increase in significant liquidity in the particular market of the match( for example, 1x2 or Total or total over the first half) on Betfair [login to view URL] Also, it will alerting about significant change in the coefficient (algorythm will be proposed) to the specific market in the last minute. (Ideally the alert should be sent immediately) parametrs: Sports - Football, Tennis League - all except all top leagues (the leagues which should be excluded will be provided) The minimum time frame to receive aleart messages (up to a maximum 5 minutes, otherwise the program does not make sense) -avoid betfair website blocking the tool Open source Sending alert to specifc website or building up a tool - also the ability to create a program on the android / OS in the future -Ideal To a person interested in the sport, and/or had an idea of sports betting Price / Dates: The cost, as well as the terms are negotiated individually - there is the budget but we need a properly functioning program
