Hello! My name is Andrei, I am a graduate from the University of Waterloo for Civil Engineering. I got interested in your request and here is what I think can be done: Customer: User location can be identified either by having a through database (which we dont have) or using Google Maps. Wine shops within certain radius should be shown to the client which should be able to pick a shop from the list and then choose how to pay (eg Paypall) Retailer: There should be a database created with all alcohol types and brands in it. If a retailer wants to include something new (eg local wine), he sends a request to the admin (us). In general, retailers just select what brands of alcohol they have in store. Problems to be solved: 1. What to do if a customer orders some kind of wine and it is currently not in store, whereas a retailer didnt update status of that wine. 2. What if a customer places an order to a wine store which doesnt know about us? Solution: start business only in one city (if large, just one part of it); deal with retailers to include them into our database one by one; put a sticker on their shops that they participate into out system; then we are ready for customers. Delivery: thats the part that can be enhanced later. First of all, find local shops, then find delivery guys that work in the area (these might be taxidrivers) and then send them usual notifications whenever we get an order.
