I can create the scrapper using python libraries like mechanize,beautifulsoup, etc... and create gui with vb.net using visual studio, and I have full experience in this so you can believe me in giving the task. I will provide you with an executable that will have a start button, when you start the process it will scrap the telephone numbers from specified websites and arrange the information into a text file format.
