Build a tv page and recipe page

Hello my website is built in yii i am looking for someone to set up the process of geo location to be 100 percent on my site.. Meaning when someone goes to browse cities it should be there.. The Tv page will be something similar to the picture i have included in the website. It also must have a text area where people can use there social media and login to make comments about what ever is on the screen above. In my admin area i must have a area that controls the video area. I want to have live video on my tv page. I also want to be able to have videos area of previous tv shows we have shown so that way people can watch the videos.. I must also have a text area about the video.. They must be able to share the videos on social media with a share button option. They must be able to save the link in there favorites if they have login into the site. I need a system like revolution slider set up in the tv page.. It just makes it easier to control the set up of the video i want to show... The recipe page is also there The user must have a front end set up to be able to add Recipes to the website I must be able to post recipes on the back end as well and control the list on the back-end as well They must be able to add pictures and text and information about the food such as the food category Type 49586968 if you can do this
