Build a Website (Phase 1)

Technology: HTML5, PHP, MySQL, Google Maps API (but no CMS or like) Phase 1 of development: Need a simple website with 4 main-pages. Home page, Search Result Page, User Profile Page, Sign-IN/UP (pop-up) * Use Google Maps API to store User location (Latitude and Longitude) and display Markers (of other user location) on Map (similar map-based-filter on [login to view URL], simple APIs are available for achieving this) * Auto-Load content on downward scrolling. * Responsive Web Design (targeted mostly for mobile users, so, Highest Priority) I have a budget of Rs.6000/-(max) for this, so the proposal is to create this Phase 1 (bare-minimal version) due to time and budget constraints. I will help you out with any technical challenges and also guide you through. And there will be a Phase 2 of this project with maintenance and more advance functionalities (like real-time-chat and scalability support), where I can best pay you either on an Hourly basis or hire you on a Monthly salary. Quality of this delivery will serve as a benchmark for our future association, so I am looking for a sincere coder with a long term perspective.
