Build a Website HIPAA protected, .net

Hi there! We are working on a product that allows us to analyze healthcare data for individual hospitals and practices across the country. We’re using Microsoft PowerBI to analyze the data and build the dashboards, but now we need a better way to share these dashboards with future clients. Without getting into too much detail, essentially what we want to do is white label Microsoft Power BI as much as possible. After speaking with a few people on the matter, here are his thoughts on how it might be done: · Using .net on top of a low-cost CMS · Everything needs to be HIPAA compliant · Users would have a secure login on our site that would pass through and connect directly to the PowerBI API and show them their specific practice’s data/dashboard · We would probably need some sort of administrator functionality (add/remove users, change passwords, etc.) . We owe our own server and domain We should be able to take care of the front-end development in-house, so we just need the behind the scenes parts. If this is something that you guys are up for and able to do, we’d love to hear your thoughts and get an estimate/quote.
