Build a Website

Our company wants to build a framework. A platform which is basically built around creating and managing posts. We have done our research and believe that what we have in mind for now and the future can best be executed by using an MVC platform. After looking at different platforms, we believe Laravel is most suitable for us. We are looking for a person or team that can build the MVC for us. When giving a quote, please explain what part or parts of the job (Model, Controller or View) you are bidding on. Please describe what experience you have with building Laravel platforms and give links to some examples you worked on (and describe what your role was in the project). Also describe which templating engines you have experience with (Twig, Blade, ….). Please specify how many hours you think it would take to build, and how many hours per week you are able to spend on the project for us to be able to make a planning. We are looking for a person or team that can build to our specifications but who can also join the process of designing the best possible product. You will be part of a SCRUM team. This project will run several scrum sprints and each sprint is defined with input of the entire team so we can make the most important modules first. Experience with SCRUM methodology is therefore a plus. Security and quality are both taken very seriously. These are important in this project. The data that we work with is classified in a high level of privacy. Therefore salting, encryption and permissions need to be built in the system by default. When we offer you the project, we need your commitment and availability for the agreed amount of hours per week till we finish the project.
