I need you to design a highly functional website with a server backend for a project I am working on. The concept of the website is to be a sports practice platform. Further details will be given upon approval, but required skills are mastery in PHP, MySQL, knowledge of the entire workflow, and a good knowledge of English. You can reference the meetup website for a better understanding as to the core functionality and requirements of the site. A ui/ux background is not required, as I just desire functionality. You MUST need to know how to use cloud architecture, as the entire platform should be supported with Heroku, AWS, or some equivalent. The initial prototype can be locally hosted, but must present a method for cloud implementation
