I have very very good hold on programming and managing all related stuff like proper database design, strong php coding + html + css as well. I have created too many admin panels, some are simple but yet easy to use and some are boootstrap base admin panel user ready made html / css / jquery / bootstrap html templates and then connect them with php,mysql and whatever needed. I also have developed my own MVC too which I love to use and play ( reason is very simple it have only required files while other MCV may/will have unwanted files too ) If I get chance to work on your project I will use Codeigniter / my custom MVC.
