Hi, We want a live streaming app built for millions of daily users using mobile data to access the app. The app initially will be just for android phones, tablets and web(HTML5) user interfaces. We would like the app to be based on Wordpress platform or any other recommended platform to allow for easy scalability and adding of functionality. We have hand drawn about 15 pages for the first iteration of the app with the following functionality. 1: Personal Signup using Facebook Connect and Mobile phone number. 2: Stream News based on Facebook profile data and/or user location. 3: Stream Data from APIs and other content sources based on Facebook profile data and/or user location. 4: Stream video from youtube channel based on Facebook profile data and/or user location. 4: Stream Live Video from Ustream Channels based on Facebook profile data and/or user location. The team is expected to develop UI/UX based on Wireframes and maintain and add functionality over a period of 18 months. In order to be considered for the bid kindly explain: 1. How you will go about developing UI/UX and backend for this app, which programming languages and tools will be used. 2. Your team size & skill set.
