Audio File upload and management - Expert Needed

I have a Audio File upload and management system that was designed and implemented in Wordpress, and the previous programmer unfortunately cannot complete the project in the timeframe allocated. The project is almost completed except for a few design and bugs that have arrived from testing the project.
