Are you a CakePHP upgrade Expert?

Hello I have experience with moving big site (hospital/insurance system) from CakePHP 1.3 to CakePHP 2.7, also no problem with CakePHP 3.x and other cake versions(have work with big count sites on cake). From my experience can say that this work can take more then 160 hours and many depend of exists code and also is we try just do that it start work on CakePHP 2.9 or it will be full code refactoring. So my things that for this work better to use hourly payment. Any way, my proposition: 1. Fixed price: $2500 (payment once per week) and time 5 weeks (include small refactoring for bed places) or 2. Hourly price $18 per/hour. (40 hours per week) Regards Denis.
