We have an app for some intensive business document analysis, written in Angular.JS and PHP. It's pretty early stages, but the bulk of the framework is done. We're looking for someone to bring aboard hourly to keep progress moving on it. Budget is limited, as we're funding this ourselves. Signing an NDA/contract will be required. Must have...
