Android+IOS apps and website as per attached wire frame.

I have a project to develop an android application, IOS application, and website (one home page for the visitors and back-end for admin). I gave this project deep thoughts to develop the attached wire frame and project description. I believe whoever will read the attachments (2 files) together will understand the project requirement. Therefore, Please read and understand the project requirements before you bid. When you place a bid you need to give me a specific proposal of my project, and why you think you are the best one to do it. I will then discuss the project with you, ask for work plan, then award the project accordingly. Project Scope of Work: 1- Make full graphical design for the application as per attached wire frame. I like the wire frame i made, however the winner should make a complete design for it including logos, icons, and all necessary arrangements. 2- Developing of the Android and IOS apps (with payment gateways to accept payments). 3- Develop the website (one home page for the visitors and back-end for admin) 4- Help me to publish the apps and the website under my account.
