Advanced Google Maps, Geospatial and Dataset integration into Wordpress site

I have a Wordpress website and I'd like to add the following features:
1. Integrate Factual API code to automatically fill my website with parking locations (using either Factual API data)
2. Integrate a way to upload these geospatial file formats - SHP KML GeoJSON wms WFS CSV JSON - in the WP backend via cronjob - and show the details on a map on my site
3. Allow the same above files to be uploaded by a front-end user's dashboard and display on a map on my site
4. Add a click counter on a website link that takes a user to an external site
The front-end dashboard will be handled by a multi-vendor plugin called Dokan. So No.3 above will need to be fully integrated into this framework.
