Add a functionality to an existing wordpress site

[login to view URL](It s a wordpress site) The site is about planting trees in the desert. People buy a tree , we plant it. The get there certificate and an image, which we publish on our website in a sortable and searchable list. Every year a new image of the tree will be added. We have actually around 500 images, certificates and names of members. The should be put into this list by an easy way, that i could add them later on also easily by myself. I need this list rebuild. it has to be functional and responsive, for desktop and mobile. you do not have to stick to the established solution. Please feel free to improve, and apply with your own creativ solution. It will also be nice, if every member has his own page with his trees and certificates.
