Add UPS and/or FedEx live rate shipping to VirtueMart 1.1.3 website

We need UPS and/or FedEx live rate shipping integrated into our shopping cart. We are using a rather old cart VirtueMart 1.1.3 we CANNOT upgrade to a newer version due to a wide variety of custom codes done to the cart, so you must be able to make the integration work with this version. I do have links to pre-existing modules for this but they may NOT still work seeing as how outdated our cart version is. So this may require custom integration of either UPS or FedEx's API into our Joomla/VirtueMart 1.1.3 shopping cart. Or it may integrate seamlessly with minimal effort, I can't say for sure. But if you are very familiar with VirtueMart 1.1.3 and integrating live shipping rates from various shipping companies APIs then you may be the person for the task. We need this done as soon as possible, looking to have it done within 72 hours or less. You will first need to backup the website before doing anything, and then create a sub-area where we can experiment with the functionality of the shipping before putting it "live" onto the website. We will not pay you if you are not able to successfully implement things so make sure you have confidence and are persistent with problem solving.
