Add Functionality to Site's Map Functions

This is a property listing portal that uses Google Maps. Current website's map have two main functions:
1. Cluster the property listing in an area together when map is zoomed out, and split up when map is zoomed in. ( [url removed, login to view] )
2. On property listing page, shows the property's current location, as well as amenities nearby. ( [url removed, login to view] )
Problems to solve:
1. Cluster Property Map
a. On the SALE archives page ( [url removed, login to view] ), should only show the properties with it's category marked as "SALE", and properties with it's category marked as "RENT" should only appear in the "RENT" archives page. On the search page, it should filter accordingly to the results shown.
b. The markers showing the different markers, on click, should zoom the map in by 1.
c. Mobile usability of the map should be improved, as the map cannot be zoomed on mobile.
2. Property Listing Page
a. Amenities nearby code is not working consistently. Sometimes it shows and sometimes it doesn't. It uses the Google Places API if I'm not wrong. Needs it to show up consistently on every property listing.
3. There's an errant script <script type='text/javascript' src='[url removed, login to view]'></script> loaded in the header of the site that needs to be removed. It's not properly enqueued and we are not able to locate the source, as it is also not in the [url removed, login to view]
Notes:
1. The property map with the cluster listing, is actually a widget.
2. The property map seen on the property listing page is written into the page template [url removed, login to view], and it pulls the location (longitude/latitude) as a meta from wp-admin and to the map, and the previously working but unstable nearby places api.
THIS IS AN URGENT PROJECT, AND IT MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN 72 HOURS, TESTED BUG FREE AND 100% WORKING.
