NOTE: This is a highly specific project please do not bid if you don't know SOAP or WSDL =Summary = We have a website that sells Voice and Data services (ADSL) We need an a way of posting requests using the definitions contained in the attached document to the AAPT Frontierlink web service interface and receiving responses. For example we want customers to enter their phone number in to see if they qualify for ADSL services. We would like the script / software to check using AAPT FrontierLink. The documentation for this is attached. Code must be in PHP and be well documented. We need to be able to post requests to this script from our own code. =What Is Involved=  XML 1.0  SOAP 1.1  HTTP 1.0 (1.1 preferred)  SSL based connection authenticated via X.509 Digital Certificates  WSDL1.1 - (A Web Services toolkit supporting WSDL 1.1 is recommended to aid your development.) Please be detailed with your questions as I will have to ask AAPT the question and you can't contact them directly, only agents may contact them. Deadline: End March 2015

Use PHP-NuSOAP in case you need to use any WSDL as their Web Service end-points. This NuSOAP offers an easy to access the SOAP-based web service over WSDL file. It can be acted as a proxy service, so the function would be determined as a local PHP functions. For example if the WSDL has Send() operation, on PHP NuSOAP it would be called such like this statement: $client->Send($params), where $params is the required parameters for this function. Let me know if this method OK for you.
