HTML Structure and CSS fix - Phase 2

This is phase 2 of a previous project posted and awarded in vworker. There are 5 pages in this phase2 in which the HTML code structure and css needs to be fixed while preserving existing php or other working code and work done in phase1. All css folders related to each page should finally be placed in a common CSS folder and all links for each page made from that location. The font size and styles for all other pages in the content (body text) wherever applicable should be the same as currently existing in [login to view URL] (seen in phase1) unless specified otherwise for any page. The classifieds page (loggedin) can be used as final look and feel guide for all pages in terms of the background gradient and of course as the guide for that page itself in all respects. Images and final look and feel image for the pages can be provided if required.
