20947 headline grabber, page creator

I need a module for my website to listen for news headlines containing my keyphrase. (maybe use Google alerts?) When a headline hits that contains my keyword, I need the script to grab the news article and post it to my site. I would like the article saved to the database, and a page created on the site dedicated for the article, in the format of [login to view URL](date)(uniqueid).html Then on the front page of the website, run a ticker with the latest headlines, with a sample of text from each article or press release, then a link to the proper page to view the entire article. I would also need my sitemap xml file updated with the new page, as well. PM me to find out the domain, and see the site I created that needs your finishing touch.
