This site is to be built in flash / xml as it will need updating with news and pictures.
This is for a café/lounge that will be opening in 6 weeks. This site needs to be completed (Beta) in 21 calendar days or less from the moment we accept your bid. Depending on final price, there might be a bonus for completing the site before the allotted time.

Menu

a. Enter site or straight up home page
2. About (digital format provided by client)
a. Text and real (or stock photo)

a. Picture of staff and name + text
4. Theme Nights (digital format provided by client)
a. A complete explanation through pictures (or “ads”) and text of the various theme nights (up to 7 or more if necessary) with “next” clicks or choose night of the week option.
5. Menu (digital format provided by client-PDF rendering by us)
a. Lunch; in text & downloadable to PDF
b. Dinner; in text & downloadable to PDF
c. Function ; in text & downloadable to PDF

i. Drink sub section can include, wine, beer, martinis, spirits & shooters
6. Gallery (digital format provided by client)
a. Pictures of events and evenings/lunches at the establishment, etc. Capabilities of viewing in large, forwarding pic or printing it.
7. Virtual Tour (digital format provided by client-flash 360' rendering by us)
a. 360' Virtual tour of establishment. Multiple (2x) virtual tours included if required by space disposition of establishment.
8. Events (digital format provided by client-PDF rendering by us)
a. Text and real (or stock photo). Explanation of space availability for corporate or private functions or parties. View of event (function menu) directly link to menu item Menu above. Direct link to reservation page. Link to contact page for inquiry.
9. Reserve
a. Top view of restaurant w/ tables/spaces disposition. Possibility to click location and reserve table (multiple tables/sections if needed). Database driven that returns automatic results on site and send email to confirm (both parties). Tables are color coated to indicate availability. Live calendar that links to existing reservations and offers available spots.
10. Contact
a. Address, telecom #s, e-mail (straight link to outlook or default mail s/w), live map (Google), mail form.
b. Mail Form: Name Heading*, Telephone, e-mail*, subject with the following scroll down:
i. Inquire about a reservation
ii. Inquire about a employment
iii. General Inquiry
iv. Other (with space to enter typed message)

b. On send clicked, returns a confirmation and thank you message.
Each page will have link to music (4 songs) where user is able to choose song # or turn off music completely.

Original Files must be delivered before final payment is rendered. Our preferred payment schedule 30% deposit, 40% on Beta, 30% on site going live. This money will be in escrow when you begin.
