We've developed a flash map app that allows users to view country specific data on click. We need help with some changes on the mother-app.

## Deliverables
1. Country bubble display 1.1. Reposition bubble containing country name and summary data ??" centered to the country (as opposed to centered on where the user clicked or center of the select circle). (Reason: sometimes the center of the circle coincides with a different country than the one that the user is trying to see data for) 1.2. Symbolize trend within bubble displayed on the country; arrows based on values added ahead of time in the .xml: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] 2. Indicators displayed in the bubble 2.1. List the indicator of entry at first. 2.2. 3 other indicators (GDP growth, Import growth, FDI growth). 2.3. Do not repeat an indicator if the selected one is already listed. 2.4. Don't replicate indicators. Each indicator appears only once 3. Indicators display: 3.1. Grouped by categories- IMF model - [login to view URL] - the menu on the left (Where we now have About datasheet respectively About Subject we should have the categories of indicators). When you click on the category, the assigned indicators are displayed 3.2. Add the word « Sources ». On « mouse over » create a buble like the one for the data and display the field « note » of the XML file. The note is universal for all indicators 4. Map - Country specifics 4.1. Converge data from New Caledonia, French Guyana and France 4.2. Exclude New Caledonia and French Guyana as independent selectable regions 4.3. For small countries, such as islands, enlarge the display area in order to make it easily selectable. 4.4. Add three new countries 1. Marshall island 2. Seychelles 3. Tonga 5. Map functionality 5.1. Click and hold to move around through different positions on the map (little hand cursor grabbing the map to move around)
