Configure flash website

I need to update my website. Earlier this year I purchased and downloaded a website template that I liked. (flash) I was unaware of what was necessary to change to flash or even color scheme and inputting the text. I would like to have an intro with my coat arms and my dragon breathing fire before it goes into the site. it may be easier to modify a different site you have on file or create one. My company refer's to Knight with coat of arms and all that entails. I would also say a website that honor's that and other Knight's such as Samarai or the Moor's would be alright. I am in the world of International finance and the main part of the site is for information and a way to contact me. I will need to clone this site for three other companies I own and a foundation. the color scheme will remain the same but the information will vary a little. with instruction on how to change the info is important. in addition I need the template modified for a presentation.
