Wordpress layout mod needed for template and Plugin

Hi I have a WordPress install running and I would like to modify a few thing on how the template displays on a Q&A plugin page.
[login to view URL] - Here is the install page. As you can see there are a few things i would like to change.
1. Remove the Black Line under every question
2. remove the All caps on the question and answer page
3. Align the questions so if it is too long it wont push the numbers for vote and answer. It should look like this: [login to view URL] if the questions are too long and for some reason my template jacks it up shown here: [login to view URL]
4. on the question list there is a small thumbnail image.. i would like to have at least 5px of padding around it. because the username runs right into it...
This should be easy for any wordpress guy.. Please do not bid on this if you cannot complete simple tasks. you wont be paid.
