I am in the process of developing a script (and potentially WordPress plugin) to do this for another client. It would take me a couple of hours to import your data into Gravity Forms as entries in an existing form. This assumes the data is "clean" - that is I don't have to review and edit the data in the spreadsheet / .CSV file.
