Export Wordpress Properties Database To A BLM File

Hi, I have a wordpress website which uses this theme - [login to view URL] I have over 50 properties listed on my website. I now want to be able to export all of these properties to a BLM file, so that i can upload my properties to [login to view URL] [login to view URL] is a property website that allows all estate agents upload their properties to their site. They only accept the export / import as a BLM file. Please find their specification document attached. They have two options: 01 - you use their software to manage all of your properties, then their software exports the properties to your site and to their site 02 - you use your own website to manage the properties, then you export your properties from your site as a BLM file, which i can then send to Zoopla. I AM ONLY INTERESTED IN OPTION 02 I fully understand the work required, so please bid sensibily as i will give you more projects after this project, if you complete the work correctly.
