Looking for someone to convert a Flash Website to a WordPress Theme. The job is to convert the small site (5 pages). The theme will have to be a responsive web design and flexible with an adaptive layout & the ability to resize itself for computer, iPad, iPhone etc. The menu navigation and ability to resize page will be similar to: [login to view URL] Requirements: 1. Should install like a WordPress theme in Admin panel. 2. Should be highly customizable with the ability to manage it from admin including custom features. 3. Full screen image in the background of the theme. 4. Be responsive web design and flexible with an adaptive layout. 5. The design must be compatible with all popular browsers. I am looking for someone who has expertise on - WordPress, HTML 5, CSS, Javascript, PHP, JQuery, AJAX & WordPress theme custom design I will provide website .fla and fonts. All design work is completed. It is just a matter of converting the site. This project must complete in maximum of a two-week period.
