Build a Website

I am looking for someone with a lot of Wordpress & WooCommerce experience. Experience with “Galaxy Funder” and/or “Fancy Product Designer” plugins would be even better. 
 PLEASE DO NOT submit a proposal unless you have a FULL UNDERSTANDING of the project and are confident you are able to deliver. PHP & SQL (phpmyadmin) experience is essential. I have already started on this website, and I am looking for someone I can work with on an ongoing basis, potentially even maintenance. INDIVIDUALS preferred. I can provide you with additional technical information, and a website that is very similar if requested. 
 I am working on a website project. The concept is to facilitate crowdfunding of custom designed merchandise. 
 General Concept: a user (we'll call 'designer') selects a product (WooCommerce) such as a blank tote bag, or top. This tote bag has a 'base price' (and discounts for bulk). The designer then (using fancy product designer or FPD) creates a custom design. FPD allows designer to upload their own image, and this image upload function will need to integrate the PHP script 'color extract tool' ([login to view URL]) to extract the number of colors present in the image, and assign one of two prices- one for screen printing if there are only say 3 colors, and another for digital printing, when there are many different colors found. I would also like to add options into the admin side for all plugin customization I.e. Set price for digital printing. Once the designer is happy, they save their design and create a 'campaign'. They do not pay for anything. Here, they set their target I.e. Sell 100 bags by ___ date, and their selling price. It will also include a calculator so the designer can determine what their profit would be (if the target is met). The way the FPD plugin works is for normal ecommerce, not crowdfunding. You add the product to cart and then once order is placed you can see back & front images in the backend. What needs to happen is that instead of adding the product to the cart, a new product is created in the/a database. These custom products are then integrated with the ‘galaxy funder’ plugin for purchasing by end-users. FPD creator has instructions for pulling data from the database in the jQuery plugin version – but he told me it works pretty much the same for the woocommerce version: [login to view URL] 
 If the target that is set by designer is reached, then payments are processed by ‘securepay’ (a hold is placed when an item is bought before target is met) and the merchandise is printed and shipped to buyers, and the designer is transferred their profits. That is the main function of the website. There are other small things to work out along the way but I want to get the main flow of it working first. I have two products in there already and have added some sample designs so I can provide a login if anyone wants to look into it further before submitting a proposal. If you think there is a particular aspect that you would be able to do, that’s okay too – just specify in the proposal. I am on a very tight deadline so also looking for someone that has time over the next week or two.
