Wordpress+GravityForms+GravityView+Tables - Seeking Structural Guidance/Mentor

Need Structure/Design Mentoring - Using Gravity Forms, Gravity View, Custom Post Types, etc. for frontend small UGC website. Hi. I am an average person with lots of IT knowledge, little to no coding knowledge. I created a website related to paranormal/spiritual, etc. The goal is to have people anywhere submit different types of information - website links, stories, audio files, images, etc. Each piece requires a unique solution, and I'm having a hard time deciding exactly how to structure it. I can explain it easily. I have gravity forms and know how to use it, I have gravity view and can use that also. But I need help breaking down each task and figuring out the cleanest, most streamlined way to implement it. I need to talk through it with an expert. What I'm not looking for: Someone to come in and code and leave me dependent upon their coding ability What I am looking for: Someone who can communicate clearly in English, can understand an ordered structure, and help me see the most efficient way to move forward. I already have all pieces of software necessary. Example: If I say to the world "submit one audio file" then the solution may have to be a gravity form and then a plugin to display the results in a table, where they can click on the audio file and play it (this is a harder, custom solution) Example 2: I want to collect thousands of website links using gravity forms and gravity view. Now, whats the cleanest way to do this? If I don't use post types in gravity forms, then I could just have the gf entry and pull it for gravity view display. No need for wordpress posts, less clutter. What if I wanted to still have categories (not real categories, just fields that will display on frontend)? can I just use a single text field? these are the questions I get stuck on. Example 3: When you have many submissions who wants to see them by category in a long list? I would prefer to display them in tables. I've seen this done, its not hard- using wp data tables. These are examples of: if you end up with a lot of information on a wordpress site (most hosting SQL databases are limited to 1GB) how do you structure it for growth. being an amateur? Nobody wants 1,000 posts in their wordpress panel in the same section, do they? At least I dont, I'm THAT guy. I'm trying to create the first website of its kind in this niche/genre, struggling with some decisions. I'm a smart guy looking for another smart guy. I need a mentor, like I am for others when it comes to other computer areas such as hardware, etc. Website does not make any money, but will have opportunity in the future. This is not a one-time job. I will pay every time I need mentoring. Need to be able to communicate, preferably with someone in the US. Could be in hour blocks, etc. Do remote sessions and on the phone. Must be familiar with: Gravity Forms Gravity View (pretty darn easy, not required) Custom Post Types Wordpress PHP - perhaps Table solutions, like WP Data Tables, etc. (think of a big website with thousands of posts - how do you easily find and navigate them) Communicate very clearly, English as a either a native language or extremely fluent. Be able to understand concepts as I describe them, and have experience with knowing what a wordpress site with thousands of posts should look like and be categorized - to be clean, streamlined, efficient.
