We are a luxury chocolate company ([login to view URL]) and we are creating a more interactive experience for our customers as a separate project.
Two roles (can be same person, team or small company):
1. Back end database and video server algorithms programmer; and
2. Front end web developer

We are looking for a talented programmer who can upgrade or replace the current basic PHP back end database and logic for a full e-commerce and secure paid-content video streaming website that includes:
- On-demand paid-for video streaming/slideshows with our control over the server (eg: we are using Amazon Web Services)
- Media library (videos, music, photos, articles)
- Simple Media editor for selecting clips from uploaded videos
- E-commerce module for purchase of media & tracking usage
- User database
- Media streaming server load balancing algorithm
- Sophisticated Analytics of user and streaming media usage
- PHP or any other suitable language - you can choose the most appropriate.

2. Front end web developer
We are looking for a talented UI / graphics web developer who can build a front end for our website that links to the back-end described above:
