PSD files to xhtml

Hello, This is a URGENT project, only bid if you can start ASAP. We are looking for a professional who can convert 4 PSD files to xhtml ASAP. Requirements: includes the highest level markup with Table-less css & W3C valid XHTML 1.0 Strict markup under SEO Semantic Coding with latest browser versions compatibility including IE7+, Firefox, Opera, Google Chrome and Safari (windows). Also coded giving special attention to page load optimization. Contactform must be scripted. Google map on contact page. All text must be text, NO images There is a mouse-over effect in the menu design. No headings (H1, H2, H3 etc) in site design, only in content. The menu including the blue design off the menu get longer or shorter when i add or delete menu items / categorys Allignment LEFT and TOP Also see the current website for an idea off the clean code were looking for: [login to view URL] We need the new files because we dont want the roll out menu any more as it gives problems in several browsers.
