Hi, I am desperately trying to get tickets for an event. The tickets go on sale this Sunday and always sell out; it is incredibly difficult to access the website because of the number of people trying. I have read about computer programs that can be written to access ticketing websites. I would be grateful if you could confirm: 1) Is this possible? 2) How does the programme work in practice? Does it guarantee tickets? 3) It is possible to buy 6 tickets at a time, for each ticket a name and registration number is required: is it possible to run a programme to obtain multiple tickets?
