I am expecting some design modifications, enhancements and some website coding to make this website what it should be. I have purchased the Appointment Theme from Templatic which is what I wish to be enhanced by you to suite my needs. Once choosen, I'll provide you with the source code for this theme for you to work upon. I expect this project to be completed by Dec 21st 2012. Contact me form on the site which will be available on all pages should use AJAX as a technology for data submission so it doesn't have to refresh the page This design and development when complete will belong to me and cannot be sold or given to any one else. I only prefer web 2.0 type websites with great use of CSS. I am a big fan of HTML 5 and would to see that incorporated. The images in the attachment has a notes section on the right which has data to help design/develop the site per my requirements. I like a clean look so that users that are navigating are not overwhelmed with a lot of text. Please submit your best quotes for this simple request.
