Looking for a sharp,fast PHP coder for CRM redesign work

Hi I am looking for a fast,sharp php coder, who can understand my business requirement and complete my custom crm in php/mysql If an experienced coder can be online and understand my business need. The work can be completed in 2-3 days. Attached the requirements. The crm is functional and i would say 60% complete as of today. I am looking for a sharp php/mysql coder to complete it.
