I am looking for a contracted solutions provider for the following project.
You must be experienced in the following.
We have 3 websites (90% developed) wordpress latest build. Shopperpress e commerce installed.
We run a small computer repair shop with 3 sites.
• 1st site is an article based site targeting local market for computer repair, handhelds/game console repair. Our retail shop sells refurbished systems with a 90 day warranty. We custom build/order new desktops and laptops. Our local site is listed well on google and yahoo local. No other SEO or advertising required for our local repair shop, large repeat business and referral base. No shopping cart, just detailed articles on our repair services and news.
• 2nd site is national site with mail in repair services for small consumer electronics. this 2nd site also has a store with all categories from our inventory. Inventory will be every item we have. From .99 cent thermal paste packs to random laptop ribbon cables to custom configured desktop gaming systems. this Site is marketed primarily in the US and north America.
• 3rd site is a worldwide mail in/exchange company for small consumer electronics. This site will focus on mail in repairs in the worldwide market.
site communications is all google based, (chat and email) is tied into google apps MyERP accounting. Each site has emails which are forwarded to google apps primary domain (which is site #2, the national site). All emails route to google apps gmail account and are filtered into custom labels.
• In shop site 1 drop off repairs.
• Local shop (site 1) service calls on location.
• In shop site 1 sales of new and used.
• National site 2 mail in repairs.
• National site 2 online sales.
• Worldwide site 3 mail in repairs.
• Worldwide site 3 online sales.
• Ebay store sales & auction.
• RSS inventory feeds out to various shopping sites.
We need a google apps accounting program set up to handle our workflow for in shop repairs, in store sales, online repairs and online sales. separating the 3 divisions of the single company. Ebay sales will be considered that of site 2.
All emails need to integrate into the accounting program. This google apps based program will have to act as a point of sale for our physical store.
Customer information entered into accounting/pos program will be saved and retrieved as gmail contacts through google apps domain login.
The ability to print work order stickers or asset tags (to identify customers property).
The ability to scan and print price tags and bar codes.
The ability to print work orders and invoices. Also the option to email invoices, projects, proposals etc.
Here is where we are now. google apps account is set up to sub domain of site 2. logging into google apps, all email addresses from all domains are forwarded to this google apps domain email and filtered into labels/folders.
google site (intranet) is set up and operational. with emails, calendars and links.
MyERP accounting is already installed, but still requires SSO set up.
Wordpress sites need shopping cart. shopperpress is already installed. SSL is available and needs to be installed.
we need to integrate the 3 databases (site 2, site 3 & ebay) with the inventory database of the accounting/POS program within google apps. database format is not important as long as it integrates with wordpress online stores and cloud based POS/inventory.
Accounting/POS program needs client integration with gmail contacts.
Gmail calendar integrated for field techs to enter service call times.
If you can only perform one part of this project, please feel free to respond. I am not expecting to find one person that can do this all.
This project can be split up by task, freelancer and completed in sections.
