Drupal Web Design for eCommerce company

At the Moment we're planning a new Website for our new company. We are developing eCommerce Software for the international market. We have a designer who is creating the PSDs and we have a texter. We are searching for a Drupal based web designer to get the design into an actual website. The followinf achievements should be made: -Create a multi language drupal installation -Install and configure all module to make our every day work with the Drupal system as easy and comfortable as possible -turn the design from the PSDs into a valid HTML5 Twitter Bootstrap based Drupal theme -create the content as described in the PSDs and fill them with "lorem Ipsum" texts. We have just started working on the project, so there is nothing done yet so there is also no strict deadline for this project. We work in the following way: You first goal is to install and configure the drupal installation. In the meantime, the designer is creating the first three pages (home, contact, download). When this is done you can implement them. After that we are working on the other pages. Please consider for your bid that the initial step is to install and configure drupal and then create the first three pages and the drupal theme for that. The other pages are done later and we can talk about the charge for that. We nedd an experienced Drupal web designer and for us it is important to see some samples that you did in the past (especially how you configured the backend for easy wysiwyg content editing)
