Custom WordPress - 3 week deadline - similar to existing website

We have a project where we need a custom Wordpress site setup within 3 weeks of awarding you the work. This is a time-critical project where we will only be paid by the client for meeting this deadline; full payment will be released to you ONLY after work has been carried out exactly as on our brief, tested working, and completed in the time-frame. Please only bid on this project if you can show previous high-quality portfolio, agree that you can complete within the time-frame. Generic bids will not be read/accepted. We require a website similar to (capita - one . co . uk). Similar clean/corporate style, rotating images in the centre section (controlled by admin, and can be different for each page). Latest News, Latest Events feature to be created where client can add entries in Admin, which auto-update the latest info (i.e. latest 4 entries). Features and functionality to be very similar to the website above. We will provide you with banner images, logo, content, sitemap, and detailed spec at the start. There will be certain security plugins we'd ask you to install also; as well as integrated with SugarCRM software. You will need to use latest, securest WordPress version and have an eye for creative design, as well as come up with great programming ideas from your professional view to make this project even better. Please take this project on full-time to ensure it gets completed within our time-frame (if you can complete sooner then even better), and great project will be rewarded with more upcoming work. $500-$750. This is more than we would usually budget for a system like this, but due to the time constraints and our need to have this project completed 100% perfect, we are willing to pay the higher price for it.
